Henley High School

Henley High School is located in the coastal suburb of Henley Beach, only 700 metres from the beach, 8 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Adelaide city centre.

The school has a high academic standard, with emphasis on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Information and Communication Technology, the Arts (including jewellery design and manufacture) and Sports. A purpose-built centre for STEM subjects is the latest addition to the excellent facilities at Henley High School.

The school is surrounded by a wealth of sports and leisure facilities, including 5 golf courses. Henley High School also has its own Sports Academy, which includes a special introductory programme for sports enthusiasts in 11 sports. Through the Henley Sports Academy, students have access to qualified coaches provided by the school or in conjunction with state sports associations. The Sports Academy offers the following disciplines: Football, Netball, Basketball, Athletics, Cricket, Softball, Hockey, Tennis, Football and Surf-Lifesaving.
