All Saints Anglican School is centrally located on a 40-hectare site overlooking the Gold Coast skyline in Queensland.
The school has an outstanding reputation for academic excellence and high quality music and arts programs. It is known for its high level of individual attention and for motivating its students to achieve excellence.
The campus has a multi-story science building with an auditorium for over 200 students, a specially constructed music center and a professional theatre complex consisting of the main 530-seat theater (Nairn Theatre), a smaller theater (Dell’Arte) and a complete costume department. Each year the senior and junior classes alternately produce their own play.
The Holloway Music Centre consists of two large practice rooms for orchestra and choir rehearsals, classrooms and a number of individual soundproof studios used for one-on-one or small group lessons. All Saints Anglican School also has two heated swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor.
The school enjoys an enviable reputation for its outstanding bands, choirs and orchestras. It regularly wins ‘The Most Outstanding Middle/Secondary School’ award at the Gold Coast Eisteddfod for band, orchestra and instrumental ensemble. All Saints has more than 25 ensembles, including five concert bands, five string orchestras, four choirs, three big bands and several smaller ensembles. There is also an extensive chamber music program.
All Saints Anglican School has its own outdoor education program, in which students can participate in a variety of recreational and outdoor activities. For the older students there are overnight camps at various locations on the Gold Coast and in the surrounding area, among other things.
International students can choose between two types of accommodation: the International House boarding school has modern facilities, including 20 twin rooms, which are supervised by multilingual staff. These students have access to e-mail and private telephone and voicemail facilities in their own rooms. All meals are provided on campus. Alternatively, accommodation can be offered with a carefully selected host family, who usually have children of their own who also attend All Saints Anglican School.
