Mount Gravatt State High School

Mount Gravatt High School is located in the southern suburb of the same name, about 10 kilometres from the centre of Brisbane. The school is easily accessible by public transport and is close to universities and nature reserves.

Mount Gravatt High School has a strong academic tradition and is renowned for its high standards of teaching, inclusive approach and community spirit.

In parallel to regular classes, students can already take courses at universities and participate in competitions in public speaking, maths and problem solving. The school has it’s own eco-centre where students work to improve the living conditions of native wildlife.

From 2020, a brand new Performing Arts Centre will be operational, with specialised dance studios and rooms for drama and media classes, large enough to accommodate two classes in parallel.
